This 2 day face to face course, delivered by Dr Shane Lyons, a veterinarian and Dairy Australia trained Countdown advisor, gives employees, managers and farm owners the opportunity to learn (or refresh) their knowledge and practical skills to recognise, respond and reduce the risk of mastitis and plant hygiene issues impacting milk quality.

At the completion of this course participants will be able to contribute to milking routines which

Optimise workplace health and safety and cow welfare,

Reduce the risk of mastitis and high BMCC
