We are pleased to welcome this months Happy Hour guest speaker, Gavin Hunt, to share what can be learnt from the Irish dairy industrys sustainability journey.


About our guest speaker


Gavin Hunt hails from Ireland and has a strong farming background, having grown up working on his uncle's dairy farm. He earned his degree in Agricultural Science from University College Dublin. With six years of experience in the Irish dairy industry, Gavin's most recent role was managing Farm Zero C, an innovative project focused on achieving a climate-neutral dairy farm. He recently relocated to Melbourne and now works as the Farm Performance Manager at Fonterra. In this role, he supports the Farm Source team in delivering Farm Environmental Plans and Insight reports, aimed at improving the economic and environmental sustainability of their suppliers.
