Veronica grew up on a dairy farm in the Macalister Irrigation District. She has been involved in the dairy industry all her life in farm and service provider roles, including – but not limited to - milker, calf rearer, AI technician, and stockfeed nutritionist.

Veronica is passionate about building farmer and industry relationships and helping to mentor the next generation. Her varied career has equipped Veronica with an expansive knowledge of the dairy industry.

Kim has an extensive career in the agricultural industry and is also a dairy farmer on her family farm in Gippsland. She was most recently an Extension Advisor at GippsDairy with a particular focus on supporting farmers undertaking the Our Farm, Our Plan program.

Kim has transitioned into the Farm Engagement Lead role where she connects with farmers one-on-one to help them achieve their specific farm business goals.

Jackie brings international experience to the team having worked in dairy-related roles in New Zealand, South Africa, and parts of Europe.

Jackie is available to connect with farmers face to face across the region to understand how we can better support farmer needs.

Shanky Sungroya was born and raised on a farm, where he developed a deep passion for agriculture. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, a Master's in Agronomy, and a Master's in Agriculture Extension and Innovation from The University of Melbourne. 

Shanky is passionate about sustainability, efficiency, and innovation in farming practices, and is committed to driving positive change in the dairy Industry.

Lauren has spent the past 10 years working as a veterinarian with a focus on cattle. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

After being placed in Gippsland for a three-year dairy residency in 2016 she fell in love with the region and now calls Gippsland home. Lauren forms part of our extension team delivering animal health and performance programs to the dairy community. 

Jessica was born and raised on a dairy farm and has worked in the agriculture industry over the last 10 years. She has a Certificate III in Business Administration and is currently completing a Certificate III in Human Resources. Jessica is passionate about the dairy industry and helping young farmers progress in their careers.

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Business and Graduate Diploma in Professional Communication. She has previously worked in the Higher Education department at Oxford University Press in Melbourne before relocating to West Gippsland with her young family.

Steph has 20 years of experience in accounts and administration roles, including her most recent position as Accounts Assistant at a private school in Sydney. She recently returned to Gippsland to be closer to family and friends.
