Each farm business will work one-on-one with a professional coach who understands your unique business and farming region. The 6-month business coaching program will be a mixture of online, face-to-face, and local farm visits with other farmers participating in the program in your local area.

- On-Farm Visit: Each business will receive a full day on-site visit from their coach, addressing specific challenges and opportunities.
- Tailored individual business plan, including a Drought Management and Risk Plan
- Entry into the FBRP alumni network, offering continued support, access to tools, resources, and opportunity to connect with fellow coaching graduates.
Cost?
The subsidised co-contribution is $1,600 per eligible farm business.
